- What products do you offer?
- Currently, we offer: Charms & Chains, Necklaces, Bracelets, Anklets, Earrings, and Rings. You can easily browse through them by selecting the category of your interest in the home page.
- Is there an option for personalized designs/versions?
- Available designs can be seen on each of the categories. Constantly, new designs are added, so we recommend you subscribe to our newsletter to stay up-to-date with the new design and trends.
- How can I sign up to the newsletter?
- To stay informed of promotions, discounts, offers, and new products, you can easily subscribe to the newsletter by entering your email address and pressing the “Subscribe” button available at the lower-right area of our webpage.
- How can I create an account and log in once it is created?
- To create an account, go to menu and select the “Create account” button. Then, enter your name, last name, email address and password. Finally, press the “Create” button.
- To log in to your account, go to the menu and select the “Log in” button. Afterwards, enter the email address you used to previously create your account and your password. Finally, press the “Sign In” button.
- Is there a way to contact you?
- Sure, you can access the “Contact Us” tab at the lower-left area of our Homepage. There you can enter your contact information and express your questions or concerns. We will reply as soon as possible.
- You could also press the WhatsApp button located in the homepage and will automatically direct you to our personal number
- Where can I learn more about your exchanges and refunds policy?
- You can easily access our exchanges and refund policy at the lower-left portion of our webpage by pressing the “Exchanges and Refunds” button.
- I want to learn more about your privacy policy, where can I do so?
- You can completely read our privacy policy by pressing the button “Privacy Policy” at the lower-left portion of our webpage.

- By pressing the “Terms of Service” button at the lower-left portion of our webpage, you can access this information.
- Where can I learn more about your background and about you?
- Visit the “About Us” section on the webpage to learn more about our history, development and continuous strive to please our dear customers.

- Yes, we have Facebook and Instagram. To access them and follow us, simple head on to the lower-left area of our webpage, where you can find the links.
Sizing
- How can I know my size for bracelets?
- To establish your proper bracelet size, measure your wrist at its largest point with a measuring tape; then add 3⁄4"-1" to your measurement. A common advice is that you should be able to put a finger between your wrist and the bracelet.
- How can I know my size for rings?
- Follow these steps to determine your ring size:
- Find a non-stretchy string or paper about 6"(152MM) long and 1/4"(6.5MM) wide.
- Wrap around the base of your finger. It has to fit snug, but not too tight.
- Mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps forming a circle.
- Measure the length of the string/paper from the starting point to the mark.
- To determine your ring size in all countries, use the Ring Size Conversion Chart for MM or Inches.
- Tip: If you are unsure between two sizes, order a larger size. Your finger must be at normal body temperature, since fingers shrink or expand when cold or hot. If your knuckle is larger than the base of the finger, take two measurements and choose a size in between. The ring should fit over your knuckle, but no too loose.
- Are there any jewelry pieces that come on a standard size?
- Yes, when you select the jewelry piece that you are interested in, you will see its dimensions and if they are adjustable.
Orders
- How can I add an item to the cart?
- Once you have identified the item(s) you want, establish the quantity and press “Add to Cart”. By doing so, the item(s) will automatically be added to your shopping cart.
- How do I proceed to make an order?
- Once you have added all the items you want to your shopping cart, proceed to the shopping bag icon on the upper-right section of the webpage and press it; then move on to select the “Checkout” button. Afterwards, fill in all the fields with the required information.
- I have a coupon or gift certificate; how can I redeem it?
- A soon as you have decided to checkout your order, on the “Information” section you will see a space designated to enter any coupon or discount code the client may have. Enter it and carefully verify before pressing “Apply”.
- Confirm the discount has been applied to your order and proceed.
- Which paying methods are currently available?
- You can pay using PayPal or ATH Móvil Businness. If you use ATH Móvil Bussiness, it is important that, prior to sending the payment, you add to the notes your name and order number. We will revise payment completion and mark the order as paid.
Shipping
- How does the product’s shipping process work?
- Once you have placed an order, a confirmation email containing the order number will be sent to the email address you provided. Afterwards, your item(s) will be packed and shipped to the address you provided, and you will receive another email with the tracking information.
- How much time takes for my order to be ready for shipping?
- We work really hard to deliver the products to our clients as soon as possible. Currently, it takes around 3 – 5 days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Which carriers are available to ship orders?
- For US, PR and most of the International countries we use US Postal Services (USPS)
- Upon request and for certain International Shipments we prefer FedEx Ex. Dominican Republic.
- To what places you are currently capable of shipping?
- Worldwide
- What are the estimated shipping costs?
- The estimated shipping cost for order that weight around 5 to 6 oz. is of $4.50
- I placed my order using a wrong address by mistake. What can I do to solve this issue?
- Contact immediately USPS and use tracking system to identify the package location. We will ship to the provided address, please ensure is correctly entered.
- My order was not delivered, how can we manage this situation?
- Use tracking number provided into the shipping confirmation to investigate more around the package status.
